The PARI BOY SX Year Pack kit contains one blue and one red noz-
zle attachment. Using the blue nozzle attachment (see Section
"PARI LC SPRINT") ensures that the medication will be delivered
quickly to the central region of the lung (standard therapy). The red
nozzle attachment should be used if a particularly fine droplet spec-
trum is needed to treat small respiratory tracts (see Section "PARI
LC SPRINT STAR").
If nebulisers of the PARI LC SPRINT family are rented to an end-user as part
of a PARI inhalation device, by a pharmacist for example, this is done on the
responsibility of the pharmacy involved and is not the responsibility of PARI
GmbH. We strongly advise users to follow the "Guidelines for preparing PARI
inhalation devices for re-use on a change in patients". These guidelines are
available upon request from PARI GmbH, or on the Internet at www.pari.de,
"For Pharmacists and Dealer" tab.
- Only use medication prescribed or recommended by your doctor.
- You must conscientiously follow the general hygiene steps on
using your nebuliser, e.g., thorough washing of hands or disinfec-
tion if required.
- LC SPRINT nebulisers are only suitable for patients who are able
to breathe spontaneously.
- In patients who have undergone tracheostomy, the
PARI TRACHEO SET has to be used.
