ELECTRIC CONNECTION

I
Connect the electric wiring box to the mains and to the
grounding system, according to the wiring diagram and
the indications shown in the "Electric Safety" section
(attached "wiring Diagrams").
IMPORTANT: for Countries where 220-240V voltage is
supplied by a two-phase system (L+L), the connection has
to be made on terminals L and N anyway.
CHECKS

11) Fill the tub with water so that the highest jets on the
backrest are covered.
Run the hydromassage for approximately 1 minute and
check for leakage. Leave the tub filled for at least one hour.
FIXING THE TUB
I Empty the tub and definitively fix the feet with the screws (C)
i
to the floor ( 3 ).
Adjust the central feet (A1) so that they rest perfectly on the
i
floor ( 2 ).
FITTING THE SIDE SPOTLIGHT
I Follow the assembly instructions contained in the kit for fitting
the side light.
NOTE: The lights and the corresponding electric connections
must be made before installing the front panel.
PANEL ASSEMBLY
All models:

) Fix the metallic elastic supports (L), by means of
the two self-tapping screws to the screw anchors (N) under the
tub rim.

14 - 15 ) Use the specific template for drilling the blocks
(N) under the tub edge. Be careful to respect the drilling
indications (X-Y) in the corresponding drawings.

16 detail 1) Fix the brackets (V) to the brackets (Z) with
the specific bolts, nuts and washers.
IMPORTANT: Position the brackets (V) with the more
angled profile facing the corners of the tub (detail 2).
All models:

16 -17 18 Adjust the brackets (Z) as shown, according
)
to the model; make sure that the brackets are as parallel to
the tub rim as possible (dashed line in the figure)

Then adjust the height by means of the ring nut (Y) and adjust
the distance with respect to the projection of the tub rim.
Then tighten the nut (W).
(optional)
Note: the height with respect to the tub edge must be measured
from the upper edge of the slot
IMPORTANT: The bracket (Z) fitted in position (2) on
Aquasoul 170x70, Lounge 180x80 and Double 190x90 models
is only used as abutment for the front panel, which is therefore
not perforated; the fastening screw and corresponding
washer will not be fitted in this position

13 ) Where required, insert the springs (P) on the pins in
the corners of the tub and make them slide upwards, until
they abut and are arranged inside the rim. Insert the ring (R)
in the specific groove of the pin.
Note: when the tub corners are wider than 90°, the corner clips will
not symmetric (the two arms have different length): in this case, the
longer arm must be arranged on the front side of the tub.

Use the brackets (Z) to adjust perpendicularity, it needed.
IMPORTANT: arrange the panels so that their perimeter
is uniform with respect to the edge of the tub

( 19 - 20 ) Fix the panel with the screws and fit the white
caps on the head of the screws (detail 3).
ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

21detail 1 Snap fit the lid on the spotlight body

I (part. 2) Fix the suction nozzle cover with o-ring using the
specific screw.
I (part. 3) Pressure fit the flange cover on the whirlpool flange
cover.
Important: Keep the plastic conical tool (A) needed for removing
the hydromassage nozzles.
I (part. 4) Fit the rotating jets (contained in the accessory kit
box by inserting the nozzle in the nozzle body; then insert the
lid so that the pin is inserted in the central hole of the nozzle.
Make sure that the grooves under the cover and inserted in the
corresponding notches in the nozzle body.
