froth when
frothing
milk.

Cause
Milk not fresh.
Milk not suitable.
Milk was too warm
from the start.
Not enough milk to
froth.

Remedy
Use fresh milk.
Use lower fat content
dairy milk. Non-dairy milk
won't froth as
well.
Use milk straight from
the refrigerator (34°F).
Use more cold milk.
