3. Position the DynaCox evolution in a
way that places the upper edge of the
femoral panel directly under the grea-
ter trochanter, so that the lateral bars
are positioned on the lateral femoral
center line.
4. First close the bandage's pelvic hook
and loop closure (fig. 34).

orthosis component with the central
buckle (fig. 35).

Minor adjustments can also be made
with the straps to the right and the
left of the central buckle on the ante-
rior belt (fig. 36).

Put the condylar clasp around the
patient's leg, and check the position
of the condylar pads. The position of
the condylar pads can be adjusted
step by step, by pushing the pads
further to the front or to the back of
the condylar clasp (fig. 37).
