3 General Safety Rules

IMPORTANT
Before starting the installation and use of the boiler,
read the entire contents of this manual thoroughly.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for damages
caused by non-observance of this manual.
IMPORTANT
The boiler may only be installed by competent and
qualified personnel, in accordance with applicable reg-
ulations, standards and manufacturer's recommenda-
tions. Failure to follow these instructions may void your
warranty.
IMPORTANT
Only use original spare parts. The manufacturer shall
not be held liable for damages resulting from the use
of spare parts from other manufacturers.
Observation of the following safety rules is the basic
condition for safe boiler operation:
• the boiler should be used as intended and kept in
good condition (regular cleaning);
• always use the fuel recommended by the manu-
facturer;
• all boiler installations should have the necessary
safety systems in accordance with applicable reg-
ulations;
• never insert any objects and limbs into moving
parts in the boiler (feeder, turbulators, burner, etc.);
• use safety gloves to operate the boiler;
• maintain cleanliness and adequate lighting in the
boiler room;
• first start-up of the boiler should be carried out by
an authorized installer/ service technician.

This symbol shall mean tips to make product operation
easier.

Installation - location of the boiler

• The boiler should be installed in accordance with
current standards.
• The boiler room should have adequate air Ex-
change rate.
• Ventilation ducts should be made of non-flamma-
ble materials.
CAUTION
The smoke conduit should undergo technical inspec-
tion and acceptance by a chimney sweep before in-
stallation.

Electrical Installation

IMPORTANT
The electrical installation, to which the boiler will be
connected, should be made in accordance with cur-
rent regulations.
• The electrical installation and any service of it may
only be performed by a person with appropriate
certifications and qualifications. Electrical installa-
tion and cable routing must be carried out in ac-
cordance with applicable regulations.
• The installation should always be made with a pro-
tective conductor.

Hydraulic System

• The hydraulic system should be made in accord-
ance with current standards.
• The heating system must meet the requirements
of applicable standards and legal regulations.
CAUTION
Flush the system before connecting the boiler to re-
move any small impurities that may damage the boiler
or pumps.
