Alarm

For an unacknowledged alarm, the LED lights up with
a continuous red light. In the case of an active alarm,
the LED flashes red. In addition, if there are active or
unacknowledged alarms, the alarm icon appears on
the home screen.
In order to check the alarm, enter the Alarm histo-
ry menu, where the code and the description of the
alarm will be displayed.
IMPORTANT
After reading the alarm code, immediately contact the
nearest service.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Boiler temp has exceeded the
max value.
Alarm at 92-99 ºC
Burner temp reached the max
value. Boiler door has been
opened during the boiler op-
eration. Poorly mounted burn-
er. Contaminated burner Poor
chimney draught. Improper set-
ting of the oxygen dose for firing.
Fuel level reached reserve.
Fuel have runned out.
Burner may not close or open
the grate, which can be caused
by contaminated grate or loose
screws. Grate cleaning modul
damage.
Ran out of fuel. Photocell failure.
Too low, or too high fuel dose.
Extinction of flame.

Causes of Failures and Remedy

In case of malfunctioning or boiler failure, check
whether any of the following items may be a possible
cause.
IMPORTANT
When remedying, the boiler must be switched OFF. Fill
the boiler with heating medium and properly vent the
boiler exchanger before starting it up after remedying.
Low Room Temperatures
• Incorrectly set (connected) mixing valve.
• STB temperature limiter switched ON. It could be
switched ON during transport.
• Not bled boiler or radiators.
• Closed shut-off valve in the heating system.
• The circulating pump is switched off or blocked.
• Tripping of the overcurrent release.
• The maximum temperature of the heating medi-
um in the boiler jacket is too low.
• The boiler in not powered ON.
• The burner may have been switched OFF by an
external controller.
High Room Temperatures
• Incorrect heating system settings.
• Mixer stuck in the open position.
• Incorrect installation of the CH sensor.
• Wrong controller settings.
Low DHW Temperature
• DHW temperature set point too low.
• Wrong parameters entered in the controller set-
tings.
• Higher consumption of hot water than usual.
• Cut-off valves at the heat exchanger are either
throttled or closed completely.
• Circulating pump switched off or set to low speed.
• DHW flow rate too high, Burner failure.
• The burner may have been switched OFF by an
external controller.
• Tripping of the overcurrent release.
• Cut-off valve at the cold water supply is either
throttled or closed completely.
IMPORTANT
During the warranty period of the boiler, all repairs or
replacement of consumable parts may only be carried
out by an authorized service centre.
