What does the temperature value on the display actually represent?
If no external temperature probe is enabled in the programming, the value on the display
is the temperature detected by the sensor built into the thermostat.
If an external temperature probe has been enabled, the thermostat shows the average
of the values detected by the probe and the sensor, using a variable weight between
10% and 100% (which can be defined during programming).
The temperature shown by the display measured by the internal sensor does not
vary also in the face of temperature changes. Why?
As a result of an intensive use of the device (for instance during programming stages),
if back-lighting is enabled, there could be minor changes in local temperatures.
Therefore, in order to guarantee measurement accuracy also under these conditions,
the device inhibits updating the measurement for a few minutes.
What happens to the time band set on the thermostat if auxiliary power supply
(12-24VAC/DC) fails and is reset?
The thermostat is equipped with a power accumulation system to keep the time (max. 1h) in the
event of an auxiliary power supply failure. If the time setting is lost, reset is automatic if "automatic
update" is enabled. Otherwise, it has to be done manually.
The three segments at the top right (that indicate the level of the Wi-Fi signal received) light
up in sequence. What's happening?
The device is unable to connect to the remote server. The problem could be: low Wi-Fi signal
received, failed authentication, or domestic router switched off.
Make sure the domestic router is working. If the problem persists, repeat the configuration
procedure described in "Access to the domestic network and Internet".
