USER INSTRUCTIONS
Enter the parameters of the domestic network (Wi-Fi network SSID, Wi-Fi network password, Wi-Fi network
cryptography) and the name you want to give the thermostat (THERMO ICE name); the name will be
memorised in the remote server too, so that the individual thermostat can be identified during the thermostat
discovery and assignment phase. If the domestic router works in DHCP, the configuration is now complete.
Otherwise, select MANUAL mode and complete the network parameters (IP address, Mask Subnet,
predefined Gateway, DNS1, DNS2).
After completing the configuration, press SAVE to send the data to THERMO ICE.
The correct storage of the data by the thermostat is shown by a specific video message on the mobile
device; if there are any problems, an error pop-up appears with the relevant information.
Once the configuration has been received, THERMO ICE restarts automatically and deactivates AP mode in
order to connect to the domestic network with the parameters received; if the device is unable to connect to
the remote server (low Wi-Fi signal received, failed authentication, domestic router switched off), the three
segments at the top of the screen will light up in sequence. If the device is connected, the three segments light
up in a fixed manner.
In the event of connection problems, check the domestic router is working. If the problem persists, repeat the
configuration procedure described in this paragraph.
