DESCRIPtION (FIG. A)
Your angle grinder has been designed for grinding
and cutting masonry and steel.

Before assembly, always switch off the
machine and remove the battery.
Mounting and removing the guard (fig. B)

Do not use the machine without the
guard.
Mounting
● Place the machine on a table with the spindle
(4) facing upwards.
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
remove the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
● If necessary, remove the grinding disc (13).
● Remove the flange (14).
● Loosen the screws (15) and remove the
mounting ring (16).
● Mount the guard (5).
● Mount the mounting ring (16) and tighten the
screws (15).
● Mount the flange (14).
● If necessary, mount the grinding disc (13).
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
mount the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
Removing
● Place the machine on a table with the spindle
(4) facing upwards.
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
remove the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
● If necessary, remove the grinding disc (13).
● Remove the flange (14).
● Loosen the screws (15) and remove the
mounting ring (16).
● Remove the guard (5).

● Mount the mounting ring (16) and tighten the
screws (15).
● Mount the flange (14).
● If necessary, mount the grinding disc (13).
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
mount the flange (11) using the flange key
(12).

Mounting
● Place the machine on a table with the guard (5)
facing upwards.
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
remove the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
● Mount the grinding disc (13).
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
mount the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
Removing
● Place the machine on a table with the guard
(5) facing upwards.
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
remove the flange (11) using the flange key (12).
● Remove the grinding disc (13).
● Keep the spindle lock button (3) pressed and
mount the flange (11) using the flange key (12).

Mounting
● Tighten the auxiliary grip (7) into one of the
mounting holes (17).
Removing
● Loosen the auxiliary grip (7) from the mounting
hole (17).
Mounting and removing the battery (fig. D)
The machine must be used with one of the
following batteries:
- 18V Li-Ion battery (CDA1051)
- 18V NiMH battery (CDA1053)
● To mount the battery, insert the battery (18)
into the battery connection (9).
● To remove the battery, keep the battery
release buttons (10) pressed and remove the
battery (18) from the battery connection (9).
