Starting/stopping streaming in
network client mode
Streaming is started/stopped by the CCM.
For details, refer to the operating
instructions of the CCM.

Stopping network client mode

Stop recording, if currently
recording.
(Network client mode cannot be
stopped while recording.)

Press one of the following.
• MENU button
• ASSIGN button assigned with the
network client mode start/stop
function

Select [YES] on the confirmation
screen.
Network client mode stops.

USTREAM Streaming

You can distribute movies using the
USTREAM video sharing site.
USTREAM user registration is required
beforehand.
There are limitations imposed by
USTREAM for video distribution using
USTREAM. For details, visit the
USTREAM site.
Tip
• Basic network configuration is required before
using this function.
For details about the network settings of the
camcorder, refer to "Wireless LAN settings,"
"Wired LAN settings," and "Resetting the
network settings" in "Firmware update"
(Ver. 2.00).
Configuring USTREAM
authentication

Press the MENU button and select
(NETWORK SET) t
[USTREAM] t [USER INFO
SET].

Select the connection method
(wired/wireless).

Enter the following information,
and select OK.
• User: User name
• Password: Password
"Completed" is displayed if
authentication is successful.
Tip
• A confirmation message appears if you
have already configured authentication.
You can switch the account used for
streaming, if required.
