New functions have been added to your camcorder by the firmware update. This document
describes the functions and respective operations added to the PXW-X70 in Ver. 3.00.
Read this together with the "Operating Guide" for the camcorder.
Functions added with Ver. 3.00
• High-quality streaming using NETWORK CLIENT MODE
• USTREAM distribution
• MPEG HD recording/playback ("CBKZ-SLMP" (sold separately) is required)
• XAVC QFHD (4K) 100 Mbps support ("CBKZ-X70FX" (sold separately) is required)
• External output and face detection support when recording in XAVC QFHD (4K)
Note
• Important personal information (required information for delivery to USTREAM, streaming destination
information, FTP server login information, etc.) is stored in the camcorder when using network functions.
Execute one of the following when transferring ownership or disposing of the camcorder.
