MPEG2 recording in exFAT mode

The MPEG2 recording format has become available in exFAT mode in addition to UDF mode.
The available MPEG2 formats selectable in exFAT mode are shown below:
• HD422
• HD420 (HQ)
• DVCAM

• Added the XAVC/MPEG2 menu item
• Added the setting values of "Format"
