6. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

6.1 PULIZIA FILTRI

ATTENZIONE
Prima di eseguire la pulizia dei
filtri è necessario chiudere
I'alimentazione
compressa e scaricare
pressione dalla pompa e dalle
tubazioni ad essa collegate.
La pompa è corredata di due filtri, sul
tubo di aspirazione e sul circuito di
mandata.
I FILTRI DEVONO ESSERE PULITI
GIORNALMENTE.
QUANDO SI CAMBIA COLORE E'
NECESSARIA UN'ULTERIORE
PULIZIA.
Per pulire il filtro del tubo di aspirazione
(M) allentare, la molla, estrarre il disco
filtrante ed immergerlo in solvente,
spazzolarlo e soffiarlo con aria
compressa.
Per pulire il filtro antipulsatore, svitare
la ghiera di plastica (O) dal corpo
riduttore (P), sollevare il bicchiere (Q)
facendo attenzione alla guarnizione in
PTFE posizionata sul bordo. Il filtro
(R) deve essere estratto dalla sede (S)
su cui è posizionato, semplicemente
tirandolo verso l'alto, in quanto è
provvisto di un semplice fissaggio tipo
clip. Immergere la cartuccia filtrante
nel solvente, spazzolarla e soffiarla.
Occorre aver cura di pulire anche
l'interno del filtro con solvente, ed
eventualmente soffiarlo con aria
compressa. Nel rimontare il filtro aver
cura di spingerlo sulla sede fino a
sentire, come sopracitato, il clip del
fissaggio, spingere
ulteriormente potrebbe causare un
danneggiamento dello stesso. Quindi
riposizionare il bicchiere curando il
perfetto posizionamento della
guarnizione, avvitare la ghiera.

6.1 FILTER CLEANING
OPERATIONS
Before you clean the filters, you
must close the compressed air

suction pipe and another inside the
delivery circuit.
ALL FILTERS MUST BE CLEANED
DAILY.
IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO

DIFFERENT COLOUR PAINT FROM
THE ONE PREVIOUSLY USED.
To clean the suction pipe (M) filter
undo the spring, take out the filtering
disk, leave it in some solvent, brush
it and spray it with compressed air.
To clean the antipulsation filter,
unscrew the plastic ring nut (O) from
the reducer body (P), lift the cup (Q)
paying attention to the PTFE gasket
on the edge. Remove the filter (R )
from the seat (S), pulling it upward,
since it has a very simple fixing (clip).
Plunge the filtering cartridge into the
solvent, then brush and blow it. Make
sure to clean also the filter inner side
with solvent and blow it with
compressed air if necessary.
To reassemble the filter, push it on
the seat until hearing the fixing clip;
do not push the filter any further, to
avoid damaging it. Reposition the cup
making sure the gasket is in the

6.1 NETTOYAGE FILTRES

ATTENTION
Avant de réaliser le nettoyage des
filtres, il est nécessaire de fermer
l'alimentation de l'air comprimé et
de décharger la pression de la
pompe et des tuyauteries y étant
reliées.
La pompe est équipée de deux filtres,
sur le tuyau d'aspiration et sur le
circuit de refoulement.
LES FILTRES DOIVENT ETRE
NETTOYES CHAQUE JOUR.
LORSQUE L'ON CHANGE DE
COULEUR, IL EST NECESSAIRE DE
REALISER UN NOUVEAU
NETTOYAGE.
Pour nettoyer le filtre du tuyau
d'aspiration (M), desserrer le ressort,
extraire le disque de filtrage et
l'immerger dans du solvant, le brosser
et souffler avec de l'air comprimé.
Pour nettoyer le filtre antipulsateur,
dévisser la bague en plastique (O) du
corps réducteur (P), soulever le verre
(Q) en faisant attention à la garniture
en PTFE positionnée sur le bord.
Enlever le filtre (R ) du siège (S) sur
laquelle il est positionné en le tirant
simplement vers le haut, car il est
pourvu d'une fixation très simple (clip).
Plonger la cartouche filtrante dans le
solvant, puis la brosser et la souffler.
Nettoyer soigneusement même la
partie interne du filtre avec du solvant
et le souffler avec de l'air comprimé,
si nécessaire. Pour remonter le filtre,
le pousser sur le siège jusqu'à
entendre le clip de fixation. Ne pas
pousser trop le filtre pour éviter tout
endommagement. Repositionner le
verre en soignant la position correcte
de la garniture, puis visser la bague.
