Option of building-in the
smoother (optional extra)
- Push back smoother II, allow
the spring clamp (1) to snap into
the cover plate of the cutting
wheel housing (2).
- Check the fly regulator clearance
by turning the cutting wheel.
- Put in smoother I (8), swing up and crop with both blocks (3). Pound
in blocks with a hammer and secure with cotter pins (4).
Attachment of the grain crusher
Push back crusher II, allow
the spring clamp (1) to snap
into the cover plate of the
cutting wheel housing (2).
• Open the top box and take off
the rigid fly regulator (3a).
• Mount an adjustable fly
regulator (13) using
- two cover plates (14)
- two hexagonal screws
M14x50
- lock nuts M14
on the cutting wheel.
• Tighten the nuts (5) only
slightly.
• Stick the threaded bolt (10)
through the cover plate(16);
- loosely thread hexagonal
screw (18) in cutting wheel
disc and loosely tighten
threaded bolt (10).

- Glatteinsatz I einstecken (8), hochschwenken und mit den beiden
Keilen (3) abstecken. Keile mit Hammer einschlagen und mit
Federvorsteckern (4) sichern.

Federbügel (1) in Lasche des

einschnappen lassen (2).
- Durch Drehen des Messerrades
Windflügelabstand überprüfen.

Lasche des Messerrad-

lassen (2) .
• Oberteilkasten öffnen und
starre Windflügel (3a)
demontieren.
• Einen einstellbaren Wind-
flügel (13) mit
- zwei Laschen (14)
- zwei SK-Schrauben
M14x50
- Sicherungsmuttern M 14
am Messerrad anbringen.
• Muttern (5) nur leicht
anziehen.
• Gewindebolzen (10) durch
Lasche (16) stecken,
- Sk-Schraube (18) lose in
Messerradscheibe und
Gewindebolzen
fädeln.
