FIRST-TIME CONNECTION TO TRACTOR

Hydraulic connection

Single-action control unit
Should the tractor only have a single-
action servo-valve, then it is absolutely
necessary to have an oil-return pipe (T)
fitted by a specialist.
- Connect pressure hose (1) to the single-
action control unit. Couple the oil-return
hose (2) (with the greater diameter) to the
tractor's oil-return system.
Double-action control unit
- Connect pressure line (1) and oil-return
pipe (2) (pipe with the greater diameter is the oil-return pipe).
Note:
If oil should become warm during operation then a single-action
control unit should be connected (see above).

Pos. "G" for closed hydraulic system

• Tractor with adjustable pump
Before coupling,the slotted screw (7) on the hydraulic block is to be
screwed completely in.

Pos. "O" for open hydraulic system

• Tractor with constant pump
The position of the slotted screw (7) is set in the factory.
The slotted screw (7) must be screwed out to the point where the
screw head is level with the surface of the hydraulic block.
Warning!
If this is not done then the overload
valve on the tractor's hydraulics is
continually in use and excessive
warming of the oil will occur!

If the tractor has a closed hydraulic
system and the unit is operating in this
position (pos. "O"), then the hydraulic
oil will heat up (particularly due to the
constant pumping of the maximum
amount of oil).
Remedy: Decrease the amount of oil being pumped at the tractor
(servo-valve).

Hydraulikanschluß
Einfachwirkendes Steuergerät
Sollte der Schlepper nur ein einfachwirkendes Steuerventil
besitzen, ist es unbedingt erforderlich eine Ölrücklaufleitung (T)
von Ihrer Fachwerkstätte montieren zu lassen.
- Druckleitung (1) an das einfachwirkende
Steuergerät anschließen. Ölrücklaufschlauch (2)
(mit stärkerem Querschnitt) an die Ölrücklaufleitung
des Schleppers ankuppeln.
Doppeltwirkendes Steuergerät
- Druckleitung (1) und Ölrücklaufleitung (2)
anschließen (Leitung mit stärkerem Querschnitt ist
die Ölrücklaufleitung ).
Hinweis
Tritt während des Betriebes Ölerwärmung auf, so soll an ein
einfachwirkendes Steuergerät angeschlossen werden (siehe
oben).
Pos. "G" für Geschlossenes Hydrauliksystem
• Schlepper mit Verstellpumpen
Vor dem Ankuppeln ist die Schlitzschraube (7) am Hydraulikblock
ganz hineinzudrehen.
Pos. "O" für Offenes Hydrauliksystem
• Schlepper mit Konstantpumpen
Diese Position der Schlitzschraube (7) ist vom Werk aus eingestellt.
Die Schlitzschraube muß soweit herausgedreht sein, daß der
Schraubenkopf mit der Fläche des Hydraulikblockes eben abschließt.

Achtung!
Bei Nichtbeachtung ist das Überdruckventil
der Schlepperhydraulik dauernd beansprucht
und es tritt überhöhte Ölerwärmung auf!

Hat der Schlepper ein geschlossenes
Hydrauliksystem und die Anlage wird in
dieser Schaltstellung (Pos. "O") betrieben
so tritt eine Erhitzung des Hydrauliköles
auf (bedingt durch das ständige Fördern
der maximalen Ölmenge).
Abhilfe: Die Ölfördermenge am Schlepper
(Steuerventil) verringern.
