CAUTION: avoid shocks and vibration while in transit.

Split by metal, plastic, etc.
Packing material to be treated as described above (material split).
No heat:
check power cord
power switch (1b) broken (call service engineer)
max. temperature limiter dropped (refer to Chapter "Adjust hot bath temperature")
hot bath heater broken (call service engineer)
LABOROTA master switch (1b) OFF; (turn master switch 1b ON)
Drive won't run:
check power cord
master switch (1b) broken (call service engineer)
speed control knob at lefthand end, turn right
motor problem (call service engineer)
Insufficient vacuum:
check seals and fittings
check ground fittings, lubricate on condition
check PTFE seal for proper installation (sealing edge faces drive head). Refer to "set-
up, vapor tube and seal",
check vacuum pump's suction line
