Function
Display shows static wave, push "Select" to change between Manual, Distance,
STANDBY
MODE
Time, Calories, Game, 20/10(interval mode), 10/20(interval mode),
10/10(interval mode).
When the console is in standby state, a quick workout in Manual Mode can be
done by starting to row.
Stroke /
During workout mode, stroke value and frequency value display alternately
Freq.Min
every 5seconds. Stokes will sum up every stroke in one work out, while
frequency will display rowing frequency every minute.
Time
Display range: 00:00 ~ 99:59 (Min: Sec)
Time mode show how much time that is left in your workout.
Calories
Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0 to maximum 999
calories.
(This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions
which can not be used in medical treatment.)
Heart Rate
Display range 40~ 220 bpm. If pules detected, it will show on the display.
Paddle Width
Display current distance of each stroke
Distance/
Distance counting range 0 ~ 999 Meter, if over 999, display 1X.XX Km.
Cycle
Distance counting backwards during Distance mode, setting range 500M〜
9999M.
During intermittent mode, stroke value and Distance value display alternately
every 5seconds.
During Manuel, Distance, Time, and Game mode, only Distance value is
showing.
Speed
Display speed:0.0~99.9KMH.
3 sections of wave display distinguished by speed.
WATT
Gives an estimate of WATT in each stroke.
Low Battery
Low battery symbol will display in Free mode. While working out, symbol will
disappear.
