Place the breast shield of one pump set on
the first breast so that the nipple is properly
centred in the tunnel. Hold the breast shield
onto the breast with the thumb and index
finger. Support the breast with the palm of
the hand.

When expression is finished, place
the bottles in the stand or bottle
holder. This is to prevent the bottles
from tipping over.

Switch on the breast pump with
Proceed with the program selection
(see chapter 7.2).

Close the bottles with a lid or a lid and
disc (depending on the bottle type).
To store the breast milk, follow the
instructions in chapter 8.
