Hinweise:
Einstellung bei Auslieferung des pH 540 GLP:
σ σ ≤ ≤ OFF
Bei Messungen nach DIN 19268 und dem Regelwerk
der GLP (Gute Labor-Praxis) erfordert die Einstellung
der Standardabweichung (= bessere Reproduzierbarkeit
bzw. höhere Auflösung) eine neue Auswahl von
•
Kalibrierverfahren,
•
Puffersatz und
•
Anzahl Kalibrierpunkten!
(Ausnahme: eine frühere Wahl dieser
Standardabweichung und nur zwischenzeitlicher
Wechsel zum Normalbetrieb ( σ OFF). Daraus folgt: die
Bedingungen sind bereits erfüllt).
Die Einstellung einer höheren Standardabweichung
oder σ OFF verlangt in der Regel keine weiteren
Maßnahmen, da diese schwächeren Bedingungen
genügt.
Die Tabelle auf Seite 61 gibt die Zusammenhänge
wieder.
Hinweis: pH-Messen nach DIN 19268 erfolgt
immer mit automatischer Driftkontrolle; sie
muß nicht erst mit der AutoRead-Taste
eingeschaltet werden. Manueller Abbruch
der Driftkontrolle ist nicht möglich (beim
Kalibrieren oder Messen).

Default setting at the pH 540 GLP: :
σ σ ≤ ≤ OFF
With measurements according to DIN 19268 and the
regulations of the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) the
setting of the standard deviation (= better
reproducibility, and higher resolution respectively)
requires a new selection of
•
calibration procedures,
•
buffer combination and
•
number of calibration points!
(Exception: earlier setting of the standard deviation and
only an intermediate change to the standard operation
mode ( σ OFF). From this follows: the requirements
have already been fulfilled.)
Setting a higher standard deviation or σ OFF does
normally not require further action as it satisfies these
lower requirements.
The chart on page 62 describes the correlations.
Note: pH measurement according to DIN 19268 is
always performed with automatic drift control;
the drift control does not have to be switched on
with the AutoRead key. Manual termination of
the drift control is not possible (during calibration
or measurement).
