A FEW STEPS TO PERFECT PREPARATION
CAKE
In the multi-cooker you can also bake cakes and bread. Use the program CAKE.
Recipe for a marble cake:
Ingredients: 220 g sugar, 1 pck vanillin sugar, 4 eggs, 150 g butter or margarine, 300 g flour, 1 pck baking
powder, 1 cup sour cream or natural yoghurt, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Preparation: Mix sugar, vanillin sugar, eggs and butter or margarine with a blender. Then add flour, baking
powder and sour cream or natural yoghurt.
Fill half of the dough into the inner pot (thanks to the coating, greasing is not necessary). Mix the second
half of the dough with the cocoa powder and fill into the inner pot. Then press "CAKE" in the menu and
bake for 01:20 hours. Allow to cool after baking and then remove from the inner pot.
Recipe for a cranberry walnut bread without yeast:
Ingredients: 160 g walnuts, 200 g cranberries (dried), 450 g rye flour, 15 g baking powder, 100 g natural
yoghurt, 2 eggs, 80 ml milk, 1 pinch of salt
 
Preparation: chop walnuts and cranberries roughly. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Then knead all the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed. Now put the dough in the inner pot and
press down a bit. Thanks to the coating greasing is not necessary. Close the lid of the device and set to
90 minutes in the menu CAKE and press START. Then let the bread cool and tumble out of the inner pot.
REHEAT
You can also use the multi-cooker to reheat or keep food already cooked. It is recommended to heat the
food for 15 minutes. The temperature is about 70 degrees when heated. The program is suitable for
soups, rice dishes, etc. Consume the dishes immediately after heating. Note also that some dishes are
not suitable for reheating, as they spoil or become inedible, such as Mushrooms, spinach, poultry, celery,
etc.
