Automatischer Kondensatablauf Der automatische Kondensatablauf (Automatic Condensate Drain; AOK) lässt das Kondensat automatisch und gemäß einem vorgegebenen Zeitintervall aus dem Kompressor-Luftbehälter ab. Der Kondensatablauf (AOK) ist ein geeignetes Zubehörteil für Kompressormodelle ohne Trockner.

    DK50 2x2V/110 PRODUKTFUNKTION Kompressor (Abb. 2) Der Kompressor (1) saugt Außenluft durch einen Ansaugfilter (8) an und drückt sie durch ein Rückschlagventil (3) in einen Luftbehälter (2), aus dem das Gerät Druckluft bezieht. Fällt der Druck im Luftbehälter auf den Einschaltdruck ab, schaltet der Druckschalter (4) den Kompressor ein und der Kompressor leitet Druckluft in den Luftbehälter, bis der Ausschaltdruck erreicht wird.

EINSATZBEDINGUNGEN  Kompressoren dürfen nur in trockenen, gut belüfteten und sauberen Umgebungen mit Umweltbedingungen verwendet werden, die die in Kapital 7, Technische Daten, definierten Anforderungen erfüllen. Der Kompressor muss so installiert werden, dass er für die Bedienung und Wartung jederzeit leicht zugänglich ist.

    DK50 2x2V/110 BEDIENUNG DAS GERÄT BEI GEFAHR VOM STROMNETZ TRENNEN (NETZSTECKER ZIEHEN). DIE OBERFLÄCHEN DES KOMPRESSORAGGREGATS SIND HEISS. BEI KONTAKT KÖNNEN VERBRENNUNGEN ODER FEUER DIE FOLGE SEIN. Bei längerem Betrieb des Kompressors erhöht sich die Temperatur im Schrank auf über 40 °C und der Kühlventilator schaltet sich automatisch ein. Kühlt die Temperatur auf unter 32 °C ab, schaltet sich der Kühlventilator wieder aus.
