Demontage von Motor, Zwischenantriebsrolle, Magnet-
antriebsrollen sowie das Auswechseln der Antriebsriemen
•
Netzstecker ziehen!
•
Gerät umdrehen (Bodenseite).
•
Mit Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher 4 Außenschrauben abschrauben.
•
Gerät umdrehen und Abdeckung Flaschenzentrierung anheben
(Achtung Schutzleiteranschluß).
•
Das Auswechseln der Zwischenantriebsrolle und der Magnetantriebsrollen erfolgt
durch Lösen des jeweiligen Bolzenbefestigungsgewindes an der Geräteunterseite.
•
Das Auswechseln der Antriebsriemen ist satzweise mit dem original WTW Riemen-
satz durchzuführen, beginnend vom Antriebsmotor zur Zwischen-antriebsscheibe
auf die einzelnen Magnetrollen. Antriebsriemen nicht beschädigen und in dieselbe
Laufrille (oben oder unten) einlegen.
•
Das Auswechseln des Motors erfolgt durch das Lösen der Kabelverbindung, das
Abziehen der Steckverbindung am Netzschalter und das Lösen der 2 Motor-
befestigungsschrauben mittels Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher.
•
Nach Montage des Motors auf kollisionsfreien Lauf (Lüfter) achten!

driving rollers and replacement of driving belts
•
Disconnect mains plug!
•
Turn device upside down.
•
With crosstip screwdriver remove the 4 exterior screws.
•
Turn device again and lift the cover of the bottle centering
(attention earth-wire connection).
•
Replace the intermediate driving roller and the magnetic driving rollers by removing
each bolt-fixing thread at the unterside of the device.
•
The driving belts are to be replaced only by batches with the original WTW belt set,
beginning at the driving motor to the intermediate driving disk on each magnetic
roller. Do not damage the driving belts. Place them into the same running groove
(at the top and at the bottom).
•
Replace the motor by disconnecting the cable connection and the plug-in
connections at the mains switch and by removing the 2 screws fixing the motor with
a crosstip screwdriver.
•
After assembling the motor pay attention to a collision-free operation (ventilator)!
