Problem
The appliance
does not work
after it is pushed
onto the neck of
the bottle.
"Err" is shown on
the display
If you are unable to resolve the problem by applying any of
the aforementioned methods, please contact the Customer
Service department.

cause
The appliance is
not far enough
over of the neck
of the bottle.
The batteries
are inserted
incorrectly.
The appliance
is not fl ush on

the neck of the
bottle and is
sucking in air
from outside.
Remedy
Check whether the
appliance is far
enough over the
neck of the bottle.
Check whether
the batteries are
correctly inserted
(regarding
polarity).
Check that the
appliance is sitting
fl ush on the bottle
neck.
