8 Modifikationen

Achtung!
Für diese Änderungen muss das Gerät geöffnet
werden. Darum dürfen sie nur von einer qualifizier-
ten Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.
1) Das Gerät mit dem Netzschalter (36) ausschalten
und unbedingt den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose ziehen.
2) Die schwarzen Kunststoff-Seitenteile bzw. die
Rackhalterungen abschrauben.
3) Zum Abnehmen der Bodenplatte die folgenden
Schrauben entfernen:
die Schrauben auf der rechten und der linken
Seite ( jeweils drei),
die drei Schrauben auf der Stirnseite,
die vier Schrauben unten auf der Rückseite.
4) Die Bodenplatte abnehmen. Die Platinen für die
Eingangskanäle sind jetzt zugänglich.
5) Die Modifikationen nach Kap. 8.1 und/oder 8.2
durchführen.
6) Das Mischpult wieder zusammenschrauben.
8.1 Phantomspeisung für einzelne Kanäle
abschalten
Die 48-V-Phantomspeisung für die Buchsen „MIC"
(1) ist zentral zuschaltbar, kann jedoch für jeden
Mono-Kanal einzeln abgeschaltet werden, wenn
sowohl asymmetrische als auch phantomgespeiste
Mikrofone angeschlossen werden sollen.
Zum Abschalten der Phantomspeisung auf der
Platine des betreffenden Kanals die Drahtbrücke
„LK1" durchtrennen (siehe Abb. 4).

8.2 Ausspielwege modifizieren

1. Für den Post-Fader-Ausspielweg Aux 1 kann der
Signalabgriffspunkt durch Umstecken der Brücke
„JP1" für jeden Kanal getrennt auf pre-fader um-
gestellt werden – siehe Abb. 4.

8 Modifications

For these modifications, the unit must be opened.
Therefore, they may only be performed by quali-
fied, skilled personnel.
1) Switch off the unit with the power switch (36).
Always disconnect the mains plug from the
socket.
2) Unscrew the black plastic side parts or the rack
supports.
3) To take off the bottom plate, remove the following
screws:
the screws on the right and left sides (three
each),
the three screws at the front,
the four screws at the bottom on the rear side.
4) Remove the bottom plate; this will allow access
to the PCBs for the input channels.
5) Perform the modifications according to chapter
8.1 and/or 8.2.
6) Reassemble the mixer.
8.1 Switching off the phantom power for indi-
vidual channels
The 48 V phantom power for the jacks "MIC" (1) can
be centrally connected, however, for connecting
both unbalanced and phantom-powered micro-
phones it can be individually disconnected for each
mono channel.
For disconnecting the phantom power, separate
the jumper "LK1" on the PCB of the corresponding
channel (see fig. 4).

8.2 Modifying AUX send ways

1. For the post-fader AUX send way Aux 1, the sig-
nal take-off point can be modified to pre-fader by
rearranging the jumper "JP1" separately for each
channel – see fig. 4.
