SOSTITUZIONE LAME DI TAGLIO
Per tutte le operazioni di sostituzione, ma-
nutenzione e riparazione sotto alla mac-
china, è opportuno inserire un cavalletto
di sicurezza (S); onde evitare un possibile ce-
dimento del sollevatore causato da vari fattori.
Le lame fisse tipo (A) (a doppio tagliente) si posso-
no girare per sfruttare anche la seconda lama prima
di doverle sostituire. Quando anche il secondo lato
della lama sarà consumato si rende inevitabile la so-
stituzione
Quelle di tipo (B) (a tagliente singolo) devono esse-
re sostituite quando perdono la loro capacità di taglio.
La perdita di taglio implica l'aver eseguito molte ore di
lavoro, probabilmente in terreni difficili, e comporta
anche giochi sulle viti.
Quando le lame sono usurate, si deve evitare di affi-
larle e di rimontarle, provvedere alla loro sostituzione
controllando i relativi bulloni di fissaggio che, se usurati,
dovranno essere sostituiti. Verificare inoltre che non vi
siano altri componenti usurati (per esempio boccole,
piatto di fondo (C), ecc.).

REPLACING THE BLADES

Fixed blades (A) (with double cutting edges) can
be turned over to use the second cutting side before
replacement. When the second cutting edge of the
blade is also worn, the blade must be replaced.
Blades (B) (with single cutting edge) must be
replaced when they loose their cutting capacity.
Loss of cutting capacity means the machine has been
used for many working hours, probably on difficult
ground, and this also leads to play on the screws.
When the blades are worn, do not sharpen and then
refit them; replace the blades, checking the relative
fixing bolts and replace those that are worn. Also check
other components for wear (such as bushings, base
plate (C), etc.).
