SOSTITUZIONE CINGHIA DI ROTAZIONE LAME
1) Togliere il carter di protezione cinghia interfilare (A).
2) Togliere il carter di protezione trasmissione (B) al-
lentando i due ganci (C).
3) Allentare il tendicinghia tramite il tirante (D).
4) Togliere il coltello fisso (E) in corrispondenza della
scatola ingranaggi.
5) Togliere le quattro viti della piastra esterna (F) ed
estrarre la scatola ingranaggi (G).
6) Estrarre le cinghie e sostituirle con delle nuove del-
lo stesso tipo. Procedere al rimontaggio delle parti
riposizionando la scatola ingranaggi e fissando la
piastra esterna con le quattro viti (F). Una volta in-
serita la nuova cinghia nelle rispettive pulegge, fis-
sare il coltello fisso sulla scatola ingranaggi, quindi
portare in tensione la cinghia tramite il tirante (D)
ed infine riposizionare i due carter (A e B).
Prestate molta attenzione al fissaggio di
tutti i particolari, ed in particolar modo al
rimontaggio delle protezioni.

REPLACING THE BLADE ROTATION BELT
1) Remove the swing arm belt guard (A).
2) Remove the drive guard (B) by slackening the two
hooks (C).
3) Slacken the belt-tightener by means of tie-rod (D).
4) Remove the fixed blade (E) at the gearbox.
5) Remove the four screws of the outer plate (F) and
remove gearbox (G).
6) Remove the belts and replace with new ones of
the same type.
Re-fit the parts, re-positioning the gearbox and fixing
the outer plate using the four screws (F).
After inserting the new plate in the respective
pulleys, fix the fixed blade on the gearbox, then
tighten the belt by means of tie-rod (D) and then
refit the two guards (A and B).
Take great care while fitting all the parts,
especially while refitting the protection
devices.
