MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA

• Se sostituite i tubi o le lame, utilizzate sempre parti
di ricambio originali. Anche i piccoli particolari, se
errati, possono essere causa di guasti.
• RicordateVi inoltre di controllare la tensione e l'usu-
ra della cinghia del braccio interfilare come indicato
a seguito.
• Le cinghie devono avere sempre la giusta tensione
per evitare possibili slittamenti o malfunzionamenti
della macchina.
Abbiate la massima accortezza di esegui-
re le successive operazioni assolutamen-
te a macchina scollegata dal trattore.
• Per il braccio interfilare, togliete la protezione supe-
riore (A) e controllare la tensione della cinghia (B).
• La tensione della cinghia è regolabile allentando le
due viti (C) e, con l'aiuto di una barra (D), spingere
la puleggia nel senso indicato in figura fino a portarla
in tensione e subito dopo bloccare le due viti (C).
• Il giusto valore di tensione deve corrispondere ad un
arco di 8÷10 mm circa (vedi figura).
Una scarsa tensione provoca slittamenti
o rotture della cinghia stessa, mentre una
tensione eccessiva crea spinte rilevanti sui cu-
scinetti a sfere ed una forte usura.
• Controllare periodicamente il livello dell'olio nel ser-
batoio idraulico (E); se necesitasse rabboccare tra-
mite il tappo di carico (F) con olio tipo.....................

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

• For replacing tubes or blades, always use original
spare parts. Even small incorrect details can lead
to problems.
• Also remember to check the tension and wear on
the inter-row arm belt as indicated below.
• The belts must always have the correct tension to
avoid possible sliding or malfunctioning of the
machine.
Make absolutely sure that the following
operations are carried out with the
machine disconnected from the tractor.
• For the inter-row arm, remove the upper guard (A)
and check the belt (B) tension.
• To adjust the belt tension slacken the two screws
(C) and, using a rod (D), push the pulley in the
direction indicated in the Figure to tighten the belt
and re-tighten screws (C) immediately.
• The correct tension value must correspond to a
range of about 8÷10 mm approx. (see Figure).
Poor tension will cause slipping or
breakage of the belt, while excessive
tension will cause significant thrust on the roller
bearings and excessive wear.
• Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank (E); periodi-
cally; top up, if necessary, with ............type oil through
filler plug (F).
