Charging the standard batteries

The rechargeable batteries for your telephone have a stand-by time of max. 100 hours at
room temperature and a maximum talk time of up to 10 hours.
The current battery capacity is shown in the display.

If the battery capacity is too low, the symbol
warning tones every 60 seconds.
To charge the batteries, place the handset in the base station with the display to the front.

Tone (TD) or pulse (PD) dialling

This trend-setting feature enables you to use your telephone both on analogue exchanges
(Pulse Dialling/PD) and on digital exchanges (Tone Dialling/TD). The unit is set in the
factory to Tone Dialling (TD). If your telephone does not work on your exchange, you can

Setting the time and date

Before using the mobile unit, you should set the current time and date.
1.
Press the Menu display button.

Select Set Time with

Now enter the current time using the number pad.
Examples: Time 7:23 AM => 0723, Time 4:04 PM => 1604
