Connecting the VL 3100 to the App
When the VL 3100 was successfully
connected (linked) to the OBD2 interface
of the vehicle, then link the VL 3100 to
the App.
1. Start the App.
2. Select the VL 3100 in the list of Blue-
tooth devices displayed.
