blocked, the machine can be restarted again after a dwell time of 15
seconds. In order to avoid any damage on the circuit board, the
electricity supply of the machine should not be disconnected during the
machine operation.
Make sure that you cut the hairs on the cows' tails to a length
of max. 5 cm before using the cleaning machine !!!

Check the length of the animals' hair regularly and shorten it to
the specified length.
Make sure the vent openings of the motor are kept free. Also make
sure the electrical system is protected against damp. When cleaning

In the first 30 operating hours the cow cleaning machine may stop at
a lower torque. After the 30 hours the contrate worm gear motor is
run in, and the specified torque is reached.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Changing the cleaning brushes:
The brushes on the cow cleaning machine are wearing parts and need
to be replaced once worn.
You will not need to replace the whole brush as the brush consists of
individual disks. Unscrew the securing disk on the end of the shaft.
Take off the inner brushes and fit new brush disks on the outside. This
will restore the original brush shape. Place a rubber washer between

each brush disk. Both camping sleeves should be replaced all 5.000
operating hours or rather changed every year.

4.2 Lubrication

There is a lubricating nipple for lubricating the bearings on each side
of the housing. Lubricate both points monthly.
