II CODICE DELLA STRADA deve essere rigorosa-
mente rispettato in ogni occasione.
Tutte le MANOMISSIONI atte ad aumentare la cilin-
drata, la potenza, la velocità ed in senso generale le
prestazioni del motociclo sono punite dalla legge con
opportune sanzioni, tra le quali in particolare il sequestro del
motociclo, la nuova omologazione e/o la nuova
immatricolazione.
Le manomissioni di qualsiasi entità esimono il costruttore da

ogni responsabilità e fanno decadere tutti i diritti di garanzia.
La MODIFICA o l'alterazione della posizione di targa, gruppi
ottici (fanaleria), avvisatori acustici e specchietto retrovisore
sono punibili a termini di legge e comportano la decadenza
della garanzia e della copertura assicurativa.
I DATI DI IDENTIFICAZIONE del veicolo sono i
seguenti:
- numero di telaio (vedi figura 1)
- numero motore (vedi figura 2 )
- numero di targa

L'alterazione del numero di telaio comporta sanzioni
penali e/o amministrative per il contravventore.

follows:
-chassis number (see figure 1)
- engine number (see figure 2)
-registration number
Alteration of the chassis number will result in penal
and/or administrative sanction for the offender.
