Verifica usura e sostituzione pastiglie
L'usura delle pastiglie dei freni a disco anteriore deve
essere controllata al primo tagliando e successiva
mente ogni 3500 Km. Ricordati che utilizzando il
veicolo su strade sporche e/o bagnate l'usura delle
pastiglie è maggiore e pertanto il controllo va effet

• FRENO POSTERIORE: La leva del freno posteriore a
tamburo si trova sul lato sinistro del manubrio e deve
avere un gioco non superiore a 10 mm. Se il gioco
risultasse superiore, è necessario effettuare la regolazione.
• Regola il gioco agendo sul registro 1 (fig. 1) che si trova
sotto l'estremità posteriore della trasmissione.

• Azionando ripetutamente la leva del freno, controlla
che la ruota giri liberamente a leva rilasciata facendola
ruotare con le mani.
• Prima di riprendere la normale circolazione, esegui
il controllo dell'azione frenante in un luogo chiuso al
1 mm
traffico.
Verifica usura ganasce
L'usura delle ganasce deve essere controllata dopo i
primi 500 km e successivamente ogni 3500 km.
• Rimuovi la ruota posteriore.
• Controlla lo spessore del materiale d'attrito (fi g.2). Se
lo spessore è ridotto a 1 mm o meno, rivolgiti
immediatamente ad un Concessionario o Officina
Autorizzata Benelli per effettuare la sostituzione.
Checking and replacing the brake pads
Check the wear of the front and rear brake pads on the
first servicing, and then every 3500 km. If the vehicle is
mostly used on dirty and/or wet roads, the brake pads
wear more rapidly and must be checked at shorter
intervals.
• Place the vehicle on the stand.
• FRONT BRAKE Check the brake visually (fig. 1).
• REAR BRAKE The lever of the rear drum brake is located on
the handlebar l.h. side, and its play must not exceed 10 mm,
Adjust if this value is exceeded.
• Adjust the play by acting on register 1(fig.1) located
under the rear end of the transmission.
• Actuate the brake lever repeatedly, release tie lever
and check that the wheel is turning freely by turning it
with the hands.
• Before riding the vehicle again, check the braking
action efficiency far from busy streets.
Checking shoes wear
Check the shoes wear after the first 500 km and then
every 3500 km.
• Remove the rear wheel.
• Check the frictionai material thickness (fig.2) . If thickness
is equal to 1mm or less, immediately apply to a Benelli
Dealer or Authorized Workshop to have it renewed.
