Use for intended purpose

The control system is designed for use with sauna stoves (with or without vaporizer), which have been
tested and approved by the Association of German Electrical Engineers (VDE) or TÜV.
Use the control system for its intended purpose only. This includes observance of the manufacturer's
specified operating, assembly and servicing instructions. The manufacturer can accept no liability for
loss or damage resulting from incorrect operation of or unauthorized modifications to the control
system. The user bears sole responsibility in this case.
The control system must only be operated, serviced and maintained by persons who are suitably
trained for the purpose and familiar with the hazards involved. Observe the corresponding VDE
specifications (or your local equivalents), along with all applicable generally-recognized technical
standards.

General safety precautions

Read and observe the operating instructions and safety precautions before starting up for the first time.
All items in these operating instructions that concern your personal safety are marked
with this symbol. Make a copy of the safety precautions available to other users.

Disconnect the control system from the mains supply before removing the control-system housing.
d Contact customer service if a malfunction cannot be dealt with by an approved electrician.
d Use only original spare parts.
d Do not carry out unauthorized modifications to the control system.
d Assemble the control system in accordance with the assembly instructions.

Electrical cables running inside the cabin and its walls must be sealed with silicon.
d Always ensure, before putting the control system into service, that there are no flammable items
on or near the stove. FIRE HAZARD!
d DO NOT use the sauna for drying laundry!
d
Never use the pour-on liquid in concentrated form. Use only the indicated concentration (approx.
20-30 drops per litre of water).

Use only the pour-on liquids and extracts approved by the manufacturer.
d Do not store the bottle of pour-on liquid inside the cabin.

Check the sauna stove regularly for signs of damage.

Never pour aromatic extracts directly onto the vaporizer. Fill the vaporizer bowl to a quarter-full
with water outside the cabin and add the aromatic extracts in accordance with the instructions on
the bottle. Now bring the vaporizer bowl back inside.
