Each type of sauna is designed to help improve your healthy lifestyle.
So observe your limits and don't overdo it!
This applies to:

Session duration.
The recommended times are only a guide. Use the sauna as you feel to be right. Leave the
cabin if you feel unwell in any way.
The sauna consists of the following components:
