9.0 Software

1. Download and save the software (approx.
1 MB). Download the latest version of the
software at:
www.herthundbuss.com/AirGuard.
ThesoftwareissuitableforPCandMacsys-
tems alike.

2. Unpack the zip folder and open the unpa-
cked folder. Double click the "bin" folder
and then "UpdatePlatform.exe".
3. I nstallationisnotnecessary.Thesoftware
executes itself without installation.

AlwaysconnectyourAirGuardtoapo-
wer source during the update process.
4. Use the USB cable supplied to connect the
AirGuard to your PC and then switch on
the AirGuard.
5. The software detects the AirGuard and in-
dicates that it is connected.
6. Click the "Update" button to start updating.
7. The updating process takes approx. 15 mi-
nutes.
8. D isconnecttheAirGuardfromyourPCas
soon updating has been completed. This
can be seen from 100% on the progress
bar, a green lamp in the software and "Re-
set"ontheAirGuarddisplay.
