• The supplied mains adapters conform to protection class II. They may only be con-
nected to a standard wall outlet.
• The main adapters must never be plugged in or unplugged with wet hands.
• Never pull on the mains adapter cable. Always unplug it by pulling out the housing.
• For safety reasons, always disconnect the mains adapter during thunderstorms.
• The screen, the remote control and the mains adapters are intended for dry indoor
use only.
• The camera is suitable for outdoor use (IP44).
• Never pour fluids onto electrical devices. This would cause a serious danger of fire
or possibly fatal electric shock.
• This camera system uses and generates high frequency energy. If the devices are
not installed and operated in accordance with these instructions, they can cause
signal disturbances. If a wireless camera system leads to interference in other
devices, attempt one or several of the following measures listed below, in order to
restore normal function:
- Change the position of the camera.
- Increase the distance between the affected device and the wireless camera resp.
the receiver of the wireless camera system.
Select a different transmission channel.
• Maintenance, adjustments and repairs may only be carried out by a qualified spe-
cialist or a specialised repair shop.
• If the product is used in connection with other devices e.g. a TV set, the operating
instructions and safety instructions of the connected devices must also be
observed closely.
• For any unanswered questions please contact our customer service or other spe-
cialists.
• Only insert the SD card into the card slot when the screen is not in operation. The
same applies for removing the SD card from the SD card slot.

5. Information on batteries and rechargeable batteries

• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Ensure that batteries / rechargeable batteries are inserted correctly (observe plus/+ and minus/-).
• Do not leave the batteries/rechargeable batteries lying around openly; there is a risk of them being
swallowed by children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries might cause acid burns when getting into con-
tact with skin. Therefore, use suitable protective gloves.
• Make sure that the batteries are not short-circuited, dismantled or thrown into fire. There is a danger
of explosion!
