Should damage result from non-observance of these instructions,
any guarantee claim will be void! We accept no responsibility for
consequential damage!
We accept no responsibility for damage to property or injury to
persons caused by improper operation or failure to observe the
safety instructions. Such cases void the guarantee.
For safety and (CE) licensing reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modification
of the CCTV Monitor System is not permitted!
• The in-plug power supply is constructed to Protection class II.
• Only a 230 V/50 Hz (10/16 A) AC socket connected to the public supply may be
used as current source. Never attempt to operate the device at a higher voltage.
• Consult a specialist if confronted by problems concerning the mode of operation,
safety or connection of the equipment.
• The power cable may never be plugged in or unplugged with wet hands.
• Never pull on the power supply cable; always only pull the AC plug from the power
socket.
• When the unit is to be out of use for long periods, remove the power supply from
the power socket.
• Always remove the power supply from the power socket before cleaning the unit.
• Electrical equipment does not belong in the hands of children.
• Exercise particular caution in the presence of children, especially should they
attempt to insert objects through the openings in the unit case. There is the dan-
ger of a life-threatening electric shock.
• Never pour liquids over electrical equipment. There is great danger of fire or life-
threatening electric shock. However, should such a case arise, immediately pull
the power plug from the AC power socket and consult a specialist.
• Do not leave the packing material lying about unsupervised; plastic foil/bags,
expanded polystyrene parts, etc. could become dangerous playthings for children.
