The suction power is controlled over the
operator panel / remote control. Alongside
the illumination, additional functions are
also controlled via the control panel on
certain models. Multiple halogen spotlights
illuminate the cooking area.
The exhaust hood is constructed from
stainless steel in conjunction with glass
front for hygienic reasons.

The functions of the bonnet model, as well
as the fan power of the external motor, can
be controlled using two alternative
procedures:
1. Operation by remote control
2. Operation by switches
Operation by remote control
Button 1: Function 1 - ON / OFF operation
Function 2 - delayed switch-off time
(activation of the delayed switch-off time
through repeated pressing of Key 1; the
ceiling device then switches down a power

stage automatically within a short time, until
the final disconnection)
Button 2: Fan power in the sequence 1-2-
