Safety instructions and indication of risks

Damage caused by non-compliance with this operating manual will
mean that the warranty lapses! We accept no liability for subsequent
damage!
We accept no liability for damages to items or injury to persons caused
by improper handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions!
The warranty shall lapse in such cases
• For reasons of safety and licence (CE) any arbitrary conversion of and/or alteration
to the electric devices is prohibited.
• Only a mains socket (230V~/50Hz) of the public supply grid or a 12V/DC battery
with at least 1 Ah capacity may be used as the source of power.
• Chargers with connected accumulators may not be operated without supervision.
• Charging devices and accessories are not toys and have no place in the hands of
children!
• In commercial institutions, make sure you observe the accident prevention regula-
tions of the commercial trade organisation for electric installations and operating
materials.
• In schools, training facilities, hobby and self-help workshops, qualified personnel
has to supervise the operation of chargers and accessories.
• Avoid operating the appliance under adverse conditions. This can lead to damage
to the sensitive electronics inside the charger and may pose risk to the operator's
life. Adverse conditions are:
- Excess air humidity (75% rel. condensing)
- Dampness
- Dust or flammable gasses, vapours or solvents
- Excessive ambient temperature (> approx. +40°C)
• When charging accumulators, observe the charging instructions of the manufac-
turers concerned.

Messages d´erreurs
Même si ce chargeur rapide correspond à l'état technique actuel, il peut néanmoins
présenter des dysfonctionnements ou des erreurs. Pour cette raison, votre chargeur
dispose d'une reconnaissance automatique d'erreurs. L'erreur reconnue est affiché
en tant Err avec un chiffre correspondant sur le display.
Err 1 Soit il y a un court-circuit dans le circuit du programme de charge soit le
fusible a sauté.
Err 2 Le circuit du courant de charge a été coupé ou présente un faux contact. Le
courant de charge prescrit n'a pas pu être atteint.
Err 6 La fin de la charge n'a pas pu être reconnue valablement puisque l'exploi-
tation de la courbe de charge n'a pas pu se faire correctement.
