b) Mains voltage/cable
• The construction of the product corresponds to the protection-class II (double or
reinforced isolation). Pay attention that the insulation (of the casing or the output
cable) is neither damaged nor destroyed.
• The product is designed to be operated with a mains socket with supply voltage of
110 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz. Never operate it on a different voltage.
• The mains socket to which the product is connected must be easily accessible.
• Do not pull the power plug from the mains socket by pulling on the cable.
• Protect the product/mains cable from damage.
• If the product/mains cable is damaged, do not touch it; there is a danger to life
from electric shock!
First, switch off the mains voltage to the socket to which the product is connected
(switch off at the corresponding circuit breaker or remove the safety fuse or switch
off at the corresponding RCD protective switch, so that the socket is fully discon-
nected).
Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket, do not use the product any
longer. Get the product checked by an expert or dispose of it in an environmentally
friendly way.
c) Installation site

• Select a stable, flat, clean, sufficiently large place, for the USB charging station.
• Do not place the USB charging station on a flammable surface (e.g., carpet, table-
cloth). Always use a suitable, non-flammable, heatproof base.
• Do not place the USB charging station on surface of valuable furniture without
suitable protection. The impact of heat could lead to colour or material changes.
Scratches or pressure points may occur on the furniture surface.
• Keep the device away from easily flammable materials (e.g., drapes, paper), liq-
uids (e.g., gasoline) or gases. There is a risk of fire and explosion!

der certain circumstances! The power adapter/power cable/mains plug also poses
an associated risk of electric shock!
Wait until the product has reached room temperature before connecting the power
adapter to the mains and using the product. This may take several hours!
• Only use the device in a moderate climate, do not use it in a tropical climate.
For more information on acceptable environmental conditions, see the chapter
