Troubleshooting

5 Troubleshooting
Use only original spare parts. Damage caused by the use of spare parts
not supplied by the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.
▶ If a fault cannot be rectified, please contact your local service
engineer.
The indicator at the coding switch shows the operating condition of the
module. Additional status indicators are:
[1] Alternative heat source
[2] Bypass valve/heating circuit pump
[3] Accumulator tank
[4] Block of conventional heat source

Remedy
▶ Turn on the mains power supply.
▶ When the power supply is
switched off, replace the fuse
( Fig. 17 at end of this
document).
▶ Check BUS connection and
repair if required.
▶ Turn the module off and back on.
▶ Set the coding card.
▶ Check temperature sensor.
▶ If values do not match, replace
the sensor.
▶ Check voltage at temperature
sensor terminals in the module.
▶ If the sensor values match but
the voltage values do not,
replace the module.
▶ Replace module.
