(3) INSERT socket
The INSERT socket is a loop-in point that allows you to integrate effect units such as equalizers, dynamic processors,
etc. into the signal path of the mixer. To do that, the mixer signal is split and fed out to the effect unit to be processed
and then looped into the signal path of the mixer again. The INSERT signals are led out and led in again through a
stereo jack plug.
(4) GAIN control
You can adjust the input level via the GAIN control. Adjust the control so that the CLIP LED (5) only lights up
occasionally.
• Leftmost position = minimum level
• Rightmost position = maximum level

(1) MIC input
Condenser microphones or dynamic microphones can be connected to this

symmetric XLR input. If a condenser microphone is used, the required
phantom power can be switched on by pressing the PHANTOM button (43).

Phantom power on the input is +24V if the mixer is powered via the wall
power supply, or +18V if the mixer is powered via batteries.

The input is suitable for symmetric and asymmetric microphones.

Please note that only one signal type can be connected to each
mono channel, i.e. either the LINE IN input or the microphone
input. Both inputs must not be connected simultaneously.
