Commissioning
To ensure the appropriate commissioning of the product, the
operating manual and the safety instructions must be read com-
pletely and carefully!
Before connecting the PA-amplifier, switch off the amplifier and
all other devices which are to be connected to the amplifier and
separate them from the power supply. The same applies when
wiring the product.
Mounting / assembly
Locate the device in a place where direct sunlight, vibrations,
dust, heat, cold and dampness are avoided. Do not position
strong transformers or motors close to the device.
The ventilator openings in the front panel as well as the device
back must not be covered. For rack mounting, remove both rack
covers during operation!
Operate the amplifier on a solid ground which is not sensitive to
heat and always in a horizontal position, since otherwise a cor-
rect air circulation cannot be ensured.
Non-observance of these instructions can cause damages to the
device.
Do not drill or screw additional screws into the housing while
mounting the device, since dangerous voltages might be contac-
ted.
In view of the various lacquers and polishes used for furniture, it
cannot be excluded that the device base causes visible damages
on surfaces, due to chemical reactions. Therefore, the device
should not be placed on the surface of a precious piece of furni-
ture without suitable protection.
Do not place the device on an unstable ground. Personal injuries
might be caused if the device falls down.
The amplifier can be placed on an even surface or can be mounted in a rack. For
rack mounting, use the 4 fixing holes of the front panel. Screw them to the rack rail.

Il est interdit de rafistoler un fusible ou de shunter un porte-
fusible.
Après avoir débranché l'appareil (retirez la fiche de contact), dévissez soigneuse-
ment au moyen d'un tournevis le capuchon du porte-fusibles (10) porteur du fusible
défectueux.
Otez le fusible défectueux et remplacez-le par un fusible neuf du même type.
Revissez ensuite soigneusement le capuchon doté d'un fusible neuf dans le porte-
fusibles (10).
Branchez ensuite l'appareil sur secteur et remettez-le en service.
Traitement des déchets
Le traitement des déchets de l'appareil devenu inutilisable doit être effectué suivant
les lois en vigueur.
Suppression d'anomalies
En achetant le présent amplificateur de contrôle, vous avez acquis un produit qui a
été construit selon les derniers procédés techniques et qui est fiable.
Pourtant, il est possible que des problèmes ou des dérangements surviennent. Le
tableau suivant contient des explications pour corriger quelques-unes des anoma-
lies.
