4. Safety Notices

The warranty/guarantee is rendered void in cases of damage resulting from failure to
comply with these operating instructions! We will not assume any responsibility for
consequential damage!
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by
incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions. In such cases the
warranty/guarantee is voided.
• The system components must not be modified or converted. Otherwise, not only
the CE approval, but also the warranty, will become void.
• The system components must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sun-
light, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• If the devices are used in connection with other devices e.g. an additional
TV´/screen or camera, the operating instructions and security notices of the con-
nected devices must be observed absolutely.
• The operation of this surveillance camera is no substitute for your responsibility
to supervise children or other people in need of special care. It only serves as a
support.
• This radio transmission system uses and generates high frequency energy. If the
devices are not installed and operated in accordance with these instructions, they
can cause signal disturbances. If a wireless radio transmission system leads to
interference in other devices, attempt one or more of the following measures listed
below, in order to restore normal function:
- Change the position of the transmitter.
- Increase the distance between the affected device and the transmitter or receiver
- Select a different transmission channel.
• After rapid changes in temperature, the system components require approx. 15
minutes to stabilise and adjust to the surrounding temperature before they can be
operated.
• The system components are no toys and should be kept out of the reach of chil-
dren!
• The supplied wall power supplies conform to protection class II. They may only be
connected to a standard household 230V~/50Hz mains supply socket.
• Please contact a qualified expert if you are not sure about the safety or the correct
use of the system components.
• Never let the packaging material lie around unattended. Plastic foil / bags etc. can
become a dangerous toy for children. There is a risk of suffocation.
• If you have any reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, dis-
connect the appliance immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation.
