2. Intended Use

This digital radio-transmission device is used for the wireless transmission of a video signal using a 2.4
GHz radio signal. The transmitter can, for example, be connected to the analogue video output of a sur-
veillance camera. The receiver converts the digital radio signals into an analogue video signal, which
can be displayed on a TV or surveillance monitor.
Radio communication is digital and tap-proof thanks to the integrated intelligent frequency-hopping tech-
nology. The range in free-field conditions can reach up to 200 m.
Digital transmission technology ensures interference-free transmission with a high image quality. The
software included in delivery allows the user to record the camera images directly on a PC (receiver is
equipped with mini USB socket).
Up to 4 transmitters or up to 4 suitable wireless cameras can be taught in at the receiver.
The remote control that is included enables you to comfortably operate the on-screen menu.
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe strangers with a camera without their knowing and
consent.
The transmitter and receiver are is powered by the provided mains adapter (7.5 V/DC).
The system components included in the scope of supply are suitable for operation in dry rooms exclu-
sively.
Any use other than that described above will damage this product and involves the risk of short circuits,
fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt and the housing must not be opened!
The safety instructions must be observed at all times!
3. Symbols
A lightning-bolt symbol in a triangle indicates a health hazard, e.g. danger of an electric
shock.
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates a particular risk in handling, operating or con-
trolling the product.
The hand symbol indicates special tips and operating information.
