• Attach the sensors with the cable ties supplied ensuring that the flattened side toward the
pipes on the outflow and return ends of the hot service water circulating system.
The flattened side of the sensor ensures that the sensor head is directly placed against the
pipe.
The sensors must be directly against the pipe in order to ensure a good thermal contact. If
there is an insulating material on the pipe, this is to be removed at the corresponding location
or the sensor is to be placed under the insulating material.
To ensure that the temperature influence of the hot water cistern is minimised, the sensors
should be installed at least 30 cm away from the hot water cistern.
Install the sensor cables so that they are neither jammed nor damaged by sharp edges.
Maintain sufficient distance from exhaust pipes or similar heat sources as the high
temperatures may damage the cables.
• Install the FS20 switching actuator in accordance with the operating instructions and attach
it to the circulating pump.
• Now carry out the control configuration in accordance with the description provided in the
chapter "Operation".
• Then check whether the switching actuator switches off following the pre-programmed
period of 10 minutes after being switched on via the remote control.
