Service buttons
You can program special service numbers for the 1 and 2 buttons
and then call these numbers quickly and easily using the corresponding
buttons.

Phone numbers programmed cannot be deleted, they can only
be overwritten by new phone numbers.
In order to change the cursor position in an existing entry, press
the Scroll Up and Scroll Down buttons. To delete characters,
press the Delete/Back button.
Dialling using the service buttons
Press and hold 1 or 2

Open the main menu
Select the function
and confirm it
Select key 1 or 2
(the digit on the key selected flashes)
and confirm it
Enter the phone number (max. 22
digits) and confirm it
Enter the name (max. 10 characters)
and confirm it
Press the required service button
until the phone number is displayed
Dial the number

Handsfree function

Use the handsfree function in order to listen to callers via the loudspeaker
and talk to them without having to hold the receiver to your ear.

When the handsfree function is activated, the handsfree LED lights up red.
Speak towards the microphone. The microphone is at the front right of the
base unit.

You can switch between handsfree and conventional use with the
receiver as often as necessary. Important: The receiver must be
removed from the base unit!
Background noise, e.g. loud music, can interfere with the hands-
free call quality.
Adjusting the volume for the handsfree feature
You can adjust the handsfree volume to one of 8 levels using the Scroll Up
and Scroll Down buttons (quiet = level 1 to loud = level 8).
