Resettable mode

• In resettable mode, the time until deactivation set on the rotary control is reset with
each push of a remote control button. If the deactivation time was set to one hour,
for example, the device automatically turns off one hour after the last push of a
remote control button.
• The remote control button taught in to deactivate the socket is an exception here.
This remote control button always deactivates the socket with a 1-minute delay.
• Resettable mode is active when the LED in the casing of the IR receiver is off while
the socket is activated.
• You can switch to resettable mode by pressing the MODE button on the casing of
the switchgear for less than five seconds. A mode change is signalled by a single
flash of the LED.
• You can switch from resettable mode to non-resettable mode both in activated as
well as in deactivated mode of the output socket.

Non-resettable mode

• In non-resettable mode, the time until deactivation is not extended. Even if you
press a button on the remote control in between, the device switches off after the
time set on the rotary control. If the deactivation time was set to one hour, for
example, the device automatically turns off one hour after activation.
• The remote control button for deactivating the socket continues to deactivate the
socket with a delay of one minute.
• Changing the position of the rotary button always results in a reset to the new time
setting!
• Non-resettable mode is active when the LED in the casing of the IR receiver is lit
continuously while the socket is activated.
• You can switch to non-resettable mode by pressing the MODE button on the cas-
ing of the switchgear for less than five seconds. The mode change is also signalled
by a single flash of the LED.
