3. Explanation of symbols

A lightning symbol in a triangle indicates a health hazard, e.g. danger
of electric shock.
The exclamation mark in a triangle indicates a particular risk in han-
dling, operating or controlling the product.
The hand symbol indicates special tips and operating information.

4. Safety instructions

The warranty/guarantee will be void if damage is incurred result-
ing from non-compliance with these operating instructions. We
assume no liability for any consequential damage!
We do not accept any liability for personal injury or damage to
property caused by incorrect handling or non-observance of the
safety instructions. In such cases the warranty/guarantee is
voided.
• The sound system, the remote control and the wall power sup-
ply must not be modified or rebuilt, as not only the CE
approval will become void but also the warranty/guarantee.
• The provided wall power supply complies with safety class II.
It may only be connected to a standard household 230 V~/50
Hz mains supply socket.
• Never pull the power plug while the device is in operation.
• The sound system, the remote control as well as the wall power
supply must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, moisture,
direct sunlight, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• If the sound system is used in connection with other devices,
the operating instructions and safety instructions of the con-
nected devices must also be observed closely.
