(5) PLAY/PAUSE button
This button starts playback. Pressing this button again pauses playback (PAUSE). Pressing the button
yet again resumes playback at the point of pause. Pressing this key whilst in radio mode switches the
device to CD mode.
(6) Volume control
Turning the volume knob to the right increases (+) volume, turning it to the left (-) decreases it.
(7) OPEN/CLOSE button
Pressing this button opens/closes the motordriven CD-tray (16).
(8) FUNCTION button
The FUNCTION button allos the user to switch between radio (TUNER), CD, CARD-USB and AUX input
modes.
(9) TUNER/BAND Key
Pressing this button activates radio mode. Pressing this key in radio mode switches between the recep-
tion frequencies FM and MW.
(10) TIMER button
Press this key to switch the timer function on/off.
(11) PROG/MEM Button
Radio: The PROG/MEM button serves to save the station currently heard.
CD/CARD-USB: Pressing this button actives the title programme feature.
(12) REPEAT Button
Pressing this button activates the individual REPEAT features in CD/CARD-USN mode.
(13) EQ/X-Bass Button
This button allows selection between the pre-programmed equalizer settings or the X-bass feature.
(14) LCD Display
The LCD display can be opened. To do this, press lightly on the upper rim of the display.
(15) Infra-red Sensor
Receiving sensor for the infrared remote control signal.
